Introduction
This article shows you how to access the Work Eligibility HR Report. This report will be available to anyone with Full Human Resources Access.
Accessing the report
The Work Eligibility Report can be accessed from the Company Workspace. In the Human Resources module, click on MORE > Work Eligibility Report.
You can also access this report from the left side-bar. Click on Human Resources > Work Eligibility.
Reading the report
Report information
The report will show:
- Employee name
- I-9 reported start date
- Actual start date
- Employee status
- Passport country (if applicable)
- List A, B, and C document(s), as applicable, and each document's expiration date
- Link to their I-9 document in the Data Room, if uploaded
Sort and filter
The report can be sorted by any of the columns. Click on the column header to sort the report by that column. Clicking on the column header again will change the direction of the sort. A small arrow will display to indicate by which column the report is sorted.
You can filter the report by employee status: All, Aliens, Noncitizen Nationals, Permanent Residents, and U.S. Citizens. Click on the Show dropdown menu.
Exporting
To export the report, click on the three-bar menu to the right of the report name, and click Export Report. You can select to include terminated employees on the export.
