This article explains how to transfer a workflow to another user in the platform. This will only apply if you started the workflow. This may come in handy if you'd like someone else to take over running a workflow that you've started. If you need to cancel a workflow in progress, follow the steps here to discard a workflow.
- On the Workflows panel of the Company Workspace, click Explore.
- Click on the three-bar menu for that workflow to be transferred and click Workflow Status.
- Click on Change Workflow Owner.
- Choose the name of the new workflow owner and click Save.
If you are transferring a workflow to your lawyer or an investor, enter the name of their firm and they should appear in the dropdown menu. Then select the name of the person whom you want to own the workflow. - Click Save and the workflow will be transferred to the new owner.
