How to export a list of your account users

The User Directory is the best way to view the list of users associated with your company. This export includes the user's name, email, address, level of access, job title, and department. You can export this directory into an Excel spreadsheet using the steps below.

On the Company Workspace, click on User Directory.
Click on Export users. To include third-party companies and firms, click Export users and companies.
The export will download to your computer.

How to export a list of your Stockholders

In the platform you can export your Stock Ledger, which contains a list of all the individuals and entities that own stock in your company. The exported Stock Ledger also contains each shareholder's number of shares, issuance basis, status, stock class, email and user ID.

On the Company Workspace, click on the More dropdown menu in the Equity & Financing module and click Stock Ledger.
Click on Export Ledger.
The export will download to your computer.
