The Amend Stock Incentive Plan workflow can be used to either modify the number of shares authorized for your Stock Incentive Plan, or to upload an amendment to your plan made outside of Fidelity Private Shares. Make your selection depending on which option is applicable:

If the Stock Incentive Plan that was set up in your account needs an increase to the option pool, you can use this workflow to generate the appropriate documentation to expand the pool size or upload evidence of this documentation executed outside of the system.

This workflow will allow you to select the affected Stock Incentive Plan, set the number of shares to be allocated to the pool, and upload or collect the necessary Board and Stockholder approvals for this action.
